Since last year’s conference in Bali, we have continued our journey to becoming Australia’s Favourite Pharmacy. We are in the midst of delivering our Retail Transformation Project, which is working to reduce cost of goods and deliver stronger profits for your pharmacy. We are excited about the imminent launch of the new TerryWhite Chemmart Health App and the expanded role that we will take in leading the way when it comes to digital health. But of course, we can’t stand still – we have to keep moving in response to the rapidly changing retail and pharmacy landscape, and at ONE, we’ll share with you new initiatives and plans that will help you truly stand out in your community as the pharmacy of choice.
In 2017 our theme was the ‘Power of One’ and we talked about the need to align our collective efforts to propel the brand and your pharmacy forward. Continuing on this journey and now more than ever, the need for us to actively work as ONE brand, ONE group of members, ONE team and ONE desire to see improved health for all Australian’s through easier access to pharmacists, the best health advice and better value every day – we know that together, as ONE, we can deliver.
