Registrations for Conference 2021 – Lead Beyond – are now open! We thought conference was going to look a little different in 2021, but we are pleased to announce that we are moving back to a face to face conference. We are looking forward to getting together at the STAR on the Gold Coast! Where, as always, the TerryWhite Chemmart conference is the event to make you feel connected to the network and the overall TerryWhite Chemmart strategy. A time where you can focus on your business, and prepare yourself for a year that is going to be unlike any other. We will have a COVID-19 safe plan in place, and will ensure that it is adhered to at all times. But, over the course of the four days you can expect to experience all that conference has to offer.
2021 is going to be the year we LEAD BEYOND and really differentiate ourselves with our customer experience. You will hear from the Leadership team on our strategic direction for 2021 and beyond. As we continue to build on the brand and focus on the success of each pharmacy and the network. As always our supplier hall will be available with all of our key suppliers. And we will have a range of social activities scheduled to complement our academic agenda.
As we get closer to February 2021 we will release the agenda, but rest assured there will be something for everyone!
We can’t wait to see you all – as we prepare to LEAD BEYOND 2021!

The Star on Queensland’s Gold Coast is our conference venue and preferred accommodation. This world class facility will help us bring to life our four days of conference.
Arrivals on Sunday 28th February
On arrival at the hotel your luggage will go into storage until the end of the day. Room keys will be available to collect from 5pm at the hospitality desk. If you require access to your room prior to 5pm you will need to arrange early check in. Please contact Laidley to organise.
As we will be doing a group check in on Sunday we ask that during your stay you make your way to the hotel reception to provide your credit card details. You will be required to settle any hotel incidentals (laundry, telephones, room service, beverages etc.) with the hotel on check out. Providing your credit card details prior to your departure on Wednesday morning will make for a much smoother checkout.
Transfers are included in all registrations and details on these will be available closer to the start of the conference.

If your flight does not coincide with one of these transfer times you will need to make your own way to the airport

Each pharmacy is entitled to one subsidised registration. Delegate registration covers group transfers, private accommodation, conferencing and all event costs. Please note, prices are ex GST. Any cancellations after January 29th, 2021 will not be eligible for a refund
