We had all hoped that 2021 would be a year of more certainty, however the ongoing situation with covid-19 and in particular border closures, that certainty hasn’t come just yet. It is for this reason, we have again made the necessary decision to change the timing of our conference from February 28th until May 30th 2021.

Whilst this change has been forced upon us, there are benefits that come with the change and excitingly for the first time, we have made the decision to run our conference program and combine this with Masterclass – both being held on the Gold Coast from May 30th through June 4th. Whilst this certainly is an investment in time, we do hope that it presents opportunities to connect with one another, as it will have been quite some time since we’ve been able to be together.

More details about conference and Masterclass will come to you in the following days via your BDM and in the WAB. Whilst I appreciate that this change is not ideal, rest assured we have not made it lightly. However, I am confident that this investment of time will reap benefits and set us all up for success as we enter the second half of 2021.

The Star on Queensland’s Gold Coast is our conference venue and preferred accommodation. This world class facility will help us bring to life our four days of conference.

Arrivals on Sunday 30th May

On arrival at the hotel your luggage will go into storage until the end of the day. Room keys will be available to collect from 5pm at the hospitality desk. If you require access to your room prior to 5pm you will need to arrange early check in. Please contact Laidley to organise.

As we will be doing a group check in on Sunday we ask that during your stay you make your way to the hotel reception to provide your credit card details. You will be required to settle any hotel incidentals (laundry, telephones, room service, beverages etc.) with the hotel on check out. Providing your credit card details prior to your departure on Wednesday morning will make for a much smoother checkout.

Transfers are included in all registrations and details on these will be available closer to the start of the conference.


Due to the changes to conference duration and the unique nature of this year we are offering a reduced conference rate. Each pharmacy is entitled to one subsidised registration for conference. And as per usual, each Arrotex supporting pharmacy* receives ONE COMPLIMENTARY registration for Masterclass 2021 – valued at over $2,500. Delegate registration covers group transfers, private accommodation, conferencing and all event costs. Please note, prices are ex GST. If you cannot attend due to Covid -19 a full refund will be issued. However, any other cancellations after April 15th, 2021 will not be eligible for a refund.
